International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. 

Return Policy 

At AGNEO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please contact us at [insert email] to initiate the return process. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Exchange Policy 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at [insert email] and we will be happy to assist you. We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item within 1-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
